Since September 2013 each school has received funding called PE and Sports Premium. The funding is to make ‘additional and sustainable improvements to the provision of PE and sport for the benefits of all pupils to encourage the development of healthy, active lifestyles.’ (Gov) This means that we can use the premium to:

• Develop or add to the PE and sport activities that our school already offers
• Build capacity and capability within the school to ensure that improvements made now will benefit pupils joining the school in the future years
